Now in its 15th year, Landscape Photographer of the Year celebrates the wonder of the British landscape and showcases the work of many talented photographers. The Awards were founded in 2006 by Charlie Waite, one of today’s most respected landscape photographers.
The competition is open to all, with a special youth category for those 18 and under. There’s a total prize fund worth over £20,000, an annual full-colour book of best entries and a touring exhibition throughout the UK.
We’re currently running without any financial support from sponsors or external organisations. This isn’t sustainable for us, so we’re seeking a freelance fundraiser to help us secure five-figure funds for this year. You’ll need to be able to communicate persuasively and passionately, have relevant experience and can get on task quickly.
Edit: We've now hired someone for this position. Thank you for your interest!
Contract: 10 hours a week for 8 weeks on a freelance basis, with possibility of extension
Fee: £15 per hour (inclusive of expenses and VAT) plus 10% of sponsorship funds raised (paid when funds are received)
Location: Remote working
Start date: As soon as possible
Application deadline: Monday 25 April
