Natasha is lucky to live in the Scottish Highlands with the moody mountains of Glencoe on her doorstep. She is interested in all types of photography but especially loves landscape photography because of its ability to capture a sense of atmosphere and story. She feels working with light is key to creating a feeling of mystery and enchantment in the viewer.

Winning Young LPOTY in 2022 has been a huge encouragement and has made her feel that early starts and cold hands are worth it to capture that special moment. Entering LPOTY was an amazing opportunity for Natasha to be inspired by other photographers and the competition has been a gateway to meet other young people from across the UK who share an interest in photography.

Natasha is also a harpist, loves folklore and is a Scottish Gaelic learner. This perhaps influences her approach to photography and her wish to capture that fleeting sense of ‘something else’ in her pictures.
